I had an uplift implant already and I want to go bigger, I had lolly pop uplift. I’d I want another surgery do they have to cut the nipple again? I’m very worried as it’s a horrible recovery and it discolours your nipple and changes the shape… how can this be avoided please

I would suggest going with the 355 full or high profile implant than with an implant that is too wide for your chest. Long term, this will look better.
Generally capsules start to form within a few weeks after a breast implant is placed but like all scar takes a year or so to mature/form the final capsule. For a breast implant exchange it would depend if the existing capsule was removed or not. If it was removed then its a similar timeline but...
I would talk with your surgeon about starting medications to prevent worsening. I would also start to discuss possible capsulectomy and revision again. Please visit with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
