Hi,I recently came across a facial yoga expert who advised against fillers because hyaluronic acid will pull moisture out of deep skin's own cells to bring moisture to the surface, leaving your skin dry, dehydrated and therefore appearing more aged longer-term. Is that true?Also,it's known the fillers attract water causing swelling/puffiness (mine seems to do and I have 1mil in each cheek) - is there any long-term impact of this such as skin stretching and more dehydration longer-term?
