Genioplasty 8mm 3 years ago. Still extremely tight under the lower lip. Seems to be in the area the top of the muscle was stitched back together. My surgeon has no clue what this is. I’ve asked him to reverse the bone a bit and do a dermal fat graft but he has refused and only offering scar release? Will scar release only likely work or make worse? Im mindful of the fact he will have to take the muscle down again.
