What are my options to get a fuller lower face? (Photo)

Question

I recently had chin and jowl lipo along with a medium chin implant. I am happy with my side profile but feel like I need something else doing to my lower face as my jowls have always been quite prominent. I researched buccle removal but am unsure it’s for me. Would a lower face lift be suitable for my downturned mouth and weight of my lower face I would really like to improve this area. I’m aware I could still be swollen, but unsure if I need something else

Looking in a mirror in this position, rather than relying on selfies, provides a more accurate representation of how these procedures might impact the contours and proportions of your face.

Hello; For looseness in marionette, jowl and nasolabial areas; best solution is; the incision mark is also in the hair; it is an endoscopic midface lift. In this way, jowl prominence, marionette lines and cheek pressure in the nasolabial fold; decreases and cheek tissues; rises for upwards.

You may consider a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This will correct the downturned mouth that you do not like.
