I recently had chin and jowl lipo along with a medium chin implant. I am happy with my side profile but feel like I need something else doing to my lower face as my jowls have always been quite prominent. I researched buccle removal but am unsure it’s for me. Would a lower face lift be suitable for my downturned mouth and weight of my lower face I would really like to improve this area. I’m aware I could still be swollen, but unsure if I need something else
