hello, i’ve asked this question but i’ve missed out important info so i was wondering if it’s possible to fix the herniation in my tuberous breasts without implants ( i do not want implants ) and i do not want to have larger breasts just looking for them to look how they look when cold (slides 4/5 which would be the perfect outcome for me)

Hi, thanks for your question. Your breasts do appear to lack some volume in the lower pole which is one of the features of tuberous breasts. A relatively straightforward breast augmentation with breast implants is likely all that is required to improve this. This can be performed as a daycase...
The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Thank you for your question. You do have tuberous breasts, your right breast is a higher grade than your left breast. This can be corrected with surgery by releasing some of the scar tissue, resizing the areola, and placing an implant. Good luck.
