Hello! I had a primary rhinoplasty almost 16 months ago, and I thought all swelling would go away by now. But when I wear sunglasses, I get a visible trace (some depth and redness) on the right side of the nose, and nothing on the left side. Is it possible that there is still some swelling left/the nose is still healing? Thank you very much!

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos. For get rid of this image I recommend you Rhinoplasty. And you have a breathing issue so you can breathe more properly. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best regards!
Alar rim grafts may make a subtle change. However I think your nose looks fine. I don’t see the point in undergoing surgery and ajar rim grafts will do very little. Don’t bother
