16 months post rhinoplasty. Is it possible that I am still healing and experiencing prolonged swelling?

Hello! I had a primary rhinoplasty almost 16 months ago, and I thought all swelling would go away by now. But when I wear sunglasses, I get a visible trace (some depth and redness) on the right side of the nose, and nothing on the left side. Is it possible that there is still some swelling left/the nose is still healing? Thank you very much!

Swelling after rhinoplasty can persist like yours has. You may benefit from injections of steroids to bring down the swelling. It works great and it’s not too late

Thank you for your question.As far as I can understand from your question.thicker skin may have a longer healing timeIt would be better to talk to your surgeon.If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation.
