You are still in process of scar remodeling and maturation. Occasional pressure and massage is very helpful. Within next 6 months or so your scars will look very different. Good luck.
In our Practice we often combine procedures such as you describe above-provided patient is a good candidate. It is patient's choice to either stage the procedures or do it at the same time .
