I have heard of care credit but that is only available to US residents. What finance options have your UK patients used to pay for surgery in the US? Thank you

Saving your money until you can afford to pay for the procedure it’s probably the best option, and as what people used to do in the past.
A lot of people also put the charges on their credit card and then pay off the credit card as soon as possible to avoid paying high interest rates.
I generally encourage people to not travel long distances for elective surgical procedures.
Explore local options first and make sure you’ve exhausted all local options before considering traveling long distances for elective surgical procedures. People seem to not appreciate the importance of having multiple in person consultations in advance of scheduling surgery, the number of people who have real concerns after surgery, the number of patients who end up needing revisions, or that complications actually do happen.
