How to get rid of these bags/circles? Best options? (Photo)

Hi there, I have had very pronounced bags pop up (much worse when I look up) and darkness around my eyes. I’m wondering what treatment would be best and what would be causing these ?

Since you did not post any photos my answer is very general. We all loose volume of fat in the cheeks and under eyes in time; for that reason addition of volume by means of fat grafting may be beneficial. Hope this helps.

It is impossible to evaluate your result without preoperative photos to compare. Seeing another board certified plastic or Oculoplastic surgeon for second opinion consult would be reasonable. Hope this helps.
