Are these even eye bags? Does it qualify for a blepharoplasty?

Hi, I am 26 years old and I've had these lines under my eyes since childhood. But of all the images I have checked online, I found no blepharoplasty image where the before were like my eyes. Would anyone be knowing the condition or type of my eyebags? Does it qualify for a blepharoplasty?

Unfortunately not all enduragen grafts behave as ideally as we would like. They can be stiff and in some cases they can be a source of chronic inflammation. In my hands, I do find they can be still and this can be an issue. Consequently, I seldom recommend this material for lower eyelid...

Since you did not post any photos my answer is very general. We all loose volume of fat in the cheeks and under eyes in time; for that reason addition of volume by means of fat grafting may be beneficial. Hope this helps.
