If the bulging roll under the eyes is the issue, this is a hypertrophy of of the muscle beneath the eyes and it is called the pretarsal or "jelly" roll. A microdroplet or two of Botox into the belly of the muscle is all that is usually needed to shrink the bulge. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified dermatologist.
