Can I get a breast fat transfer if I have thrombocytopathy?

I'd really like to get a fat transfer, but I suffer from a condition called thrombocytopathy. It basically means that my clotting process is really slow and problematic, and I bleed more than usual. Can I get this procedure anyway, or does my condition automatically prohibit me from having ANY kind of plastic surgery ever, and there are no precautions or anything that can help me?
