How does fat grafting in the lower eyelid evolve through the years?

Dear doctors, I would like to know more about fatgrafting evolution in the lower eyelid. This became very popular through years. But I read/saw some returns of evolution of fatgrafting in the eyelid through years with lumps under the skin. In your observation, is fat grafting getting lumpy with years ? I would like to have your return and advice. Thank your very much
