Can I get facial fat grafting removed? Living a nightmare

Hi, I had fat grafting on my face 3 Months ago after Morpheus damages. The doctor did a 90 cc fat transfer and completely destroyed my face. I have no more shape. My face is huge. When I smile, my cheeks looks gigantic, my chin is sideways and my under eyes are hollowed. He also put fat under my eyes rows which makes my eyelid hollowed even more. Is there anything that can be done to correct it ? I truly need help! Thank you so so much for your help

It would really help to see a photo. 90cc is quite a large volume for one session of fat grafting. I have been doing fat grafting for about twenty years, full face, and never injected that much in one session. At three months you may still lose some of the fat, and you probably still have a little bit of swelling. Unfortunately fat grafting is very hard to reduce. 
Maintaining a healthy body fat percentage is more important for your general health. The fat still "thinks" it is where it was harvested from. So if you are above your ideal body weight, some weight loss would help. If you are already thin, unfortunately gaining weight later in life could make it worse. 
I would wait an entire year. Then, I would be extremely careful "caveat emptor" and only let an extremely experienced and ethical doc address your concerns. I know of no "magic bullet" such as Kybella or other fat reducing device that I would trust under these circumstances.

Without in person evaluation or, at least, series of  good photos, it would be difficult to give you a meaningful advice. In the case of over-grafting, it may be very difficult to remove redundant fat from multiple areas of the face. It is best to let everything settle (in our experience about 30% of injected fat will take, survive) after 1 year. Only in that time one can decide where and how to remove redundant fat. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in facial fat grafting is recommended. Good luck.
