Due to weight loss, what are good options to restore volume in face and neck? Lost 40 lbs over 4 years and lost 20 lbs this year and my skin has lost elasticity, everywhere but most obvious in my face. I also autoimmune disease.
Answer: Facial volume restoration There are series of fillers as well as fat grafting available for volume restoration in the face. Lifting and volume augmentation is most frequently used for this type of correction. In person or teleconference with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in facial rejuvenation and fat grafting is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Volume loss Thank you for your inquiry! It sounds like you would be a great candidate for a lower face/necklift as that will remove any excess skin/laxity. The best ways to add volume back to the face after a weight loss would be with filler or a fat transfer. I recommend scheduling a consultation appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon like myself so we can assess your face/neck, listen to your goals, and create a surgical plan that is best for you and your goals!
