Age 29, male - What options do I have to permanently fix sunken under eye area? (photo)

I am a 29 year old male. This problem isn’t genetic, but caused by 2-3 years of bad sleeping habits. I have already had 2 fat transfers to the under eye orbital area but it still appears dark and sunken. Since my problem is caused by lack of sleep, would having PRF reset me back to normal to where I could just have healthy sleeping habits and it would last permanently? Lastly, would Renuva be a good permanent fix? Or is another fat transfer my best bet?

Fat transfer remains the gold standard for volumizing deflated faces. If there is excess skin, sometimes -- not always -- some type of ancillary lift could help. It is impossible to determine without photos. Be sure to see someone with a lot of experience in fat transfer. "Results may very".
