Eyebrow lift too high and eyes are too tight. How can I correct this? (Photo)

If you feel one side is higher than the other then you can lower the higher side. Upper eyelid fat or filler would not be successful.

Reversing a brow lift may be possible, depending on what technique was used.
If your surgeon did an endoscopic brow lift, then it is most likely possible to lower your eyebrow position.
If forehead, skin or scalp was removed as part of the brow lift and lowering your brow position may be more challenging.
Get a complete set of before and after pictures and a copy of your operative report and bring that to plastic surgeons during in person consultations.
I do not recommend the patients rely and virtual consultations and for second opinion consultations, you should always come prepared to bring with you a complete set of your previous medical records, especially all before and after pictures and a copy of your operative report.
It’s really important for the next surgeon to know exactly what your first provider did. I think your eyelids look better in your after pictures but lowering your brow may be appropriate if possible.
To get a quality assessment will require an in person consultation and access to your previous upper to report so make sure you gather the information then schedule several in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community.
