I would like to only improve my droopy nose tip. Can closed surgery give me good results or will it have to be open?

The tip can be lifted easily with a closed approach. Open approach is more useful in complex revision surgery.
In closed approach the skin is elevated off the nose from the inside and there are no external scars.
The hump is reduced and some grafts are used to lift the tip.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from rhinoplasty. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Your drooping nasal drip isn’t that bad. It can be shortened with either open or closed rhinoplasty. It usually depends on the surgeons preference.
