I am considering diced cartilage fascia rhinoplasty (using rib and ear cartilage). I know there is a risk of warping, but can this method last a lifetime? I found a review of a patient who experienced small cartilage popping out of the nose tip after diced cartilage fascia rhinoplasty. Is this incident common?
