Hey, i hope someone will answer me this time. when I was younger my nose was upturned and when I smiled the tip didn't drop. till 15 years my smile was fine. now I am 20 years and the tip of my nose goes like crazy down when I smile! is cutting ONLY the depressor septi muscle fix this problem? I will not go into a surgery to risk the appearance of my nose. I am very satified when my face is at rest. (please no botox suggetions)
