Down turned mouth after lip lift - options for correction? (Photos)

I am 57, and I have a deep plane facelift, neck lift, lip lift and buccle fat removal in Turkey. The surgeon was certified with all the correct boards and had many positive reviews and also I have seen lots of online videos of before and after work, so I chose him with confidence. To say, I had fillers in my nasal line area 9 years prior to this which the surgeon knew about and it had not dissolved so he said he removed it during my face lift. So looking at my results, as you can see, firstly my right side looks more contoured than the left side. Secondly the upper part of my cheeks look puffy whereas the lower parts do not. Thirdly it makes the face look like it's in two halves and finally, the mouth looks awful and all of these sad lines coming downwards from my lips. So I was wondering what are my options for correction and what went wrong? I'm wondering if only part of the filler has been removed (bottom part of face only), or if instead of a deep plane facelift did I need a mid cheek lift face lift to lift up the mouth or would just a corner lip lift correct the mouth?
