How to correct stubborn fat underneath armpit? (Photo)

I am a 56-year-old male. I have been working out and I'm satisfied with my progress. However, I'm not happy with the seemingly stubborn fat underneath my armpit which prevents a proper contour of my chest. I would like to remove this fat but I'm concerned about the possibility of sagging skin. Please advise.

I agree you should lose a little more weight before having skin removed, but I wouldn't bother doing liposuction either until you lose some more fat. Then you can have a tummy tuck with liposuction at the same time and get much better results.
