Concerned about results of my breast augmentation and breast lift - can this be fixed? (Photos)

I am looking for some advice Post breast augmentation and lift I am concerned about shape, they are sitting very high and very hard i also have saggy skin lower down I have indentations underneath on both side where scars are. My breast also seem to sit far apart towards the side of my body. My my nipples are not even or in the right place my surgeon has said it will all be fine once I have nipple correction I also still have to wear a dressing as I have a tiny hole constantly leaking oily subst

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Without knowing the timing since your surgery I would advocate time and patience to allow your results to mature. Although I do have concerns about the level of your lift, nothing can be done until your current results mature. The leaking is of greater concern and should be addressed by your surgeon and monitored closely.

Please allow some time for your body to recover from surgery before fully assessing your results. This can take about 6 months or longer, depending on how your recovery progresses. After that point, you can discuss your concerns with your surgeon and proceed with corrective surgery.

There is no doubt that there are few things that will need correction; your nipples are asymmetric and low,  you have a draining wound on one side, possibly due fat necrosis but also may be related to implant (seroma). You need to stay in close contact with your surgeon and consider revision, not sooner than 6-12 months after initial surgery. Good luck.

It's difficult to tell from the photos how long ago you had surgery.  If you are within the first few months you are still healing and may need more time for the implants to drop.  If you are past that you may need a revision to improve your results.  Visit with your surgeon about the opening that is still draining.  It may be a suture abscess that can be addressed in the office.

You did not say how long ago you had surgery, but with the dressing, I suspect it was fairly recent. You do need to give your tissue time to heal and relax and let the implants settle. Once settled, up to 6 months, then revisions can be considered if needed. Now is too soon. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

After looking at your photos and reading your history, my first concern is the drainage that you have. That needs to be addressed by first identifying the cause and then treating .After proper healing the asymmetrical nipple areola positioning  can be attended to. You should consult with your surgeon regarding the above and a second opinion sought if the drainage is not properly addressed. But you need to be examined; sending photos and requesting an opinion is not adequate.

Your result is certainly not within what would be considered "good" or even "average." Your lift was inadequate and the nipples are too low and the shape is poor. But that can be improved by an experienced plastic surgeon after all has healed. Of significant concern is the persistent drainage, the worst of which would be if it were because of an implant infection. That would require removal and subsequent replacement and would makes matters much more complicated.
