I am looking for some advice Post breast augmentation and lift I am concerned about shape, they are sitting very high and very hard i also have saggy skin lower down I have indentations underneath on both side where scars are. My breast also seem to sit far apart towards the side of my body. My my nipples are not even or in the right place my surgeon has said it will all be fine once I have nipple correction I also still have to wear a dressing as I have a tiny hole constantly leaking oily subst

Answer: Breast revision There is no doubt that there are few things that will need correction; your nipples are asymmetric and low, you have a draining wound on one side, possibly due fat necrosis but also may be related to implant (seroma). You need to stay in close contact with your surgeon and consider revision, not sooner than 6-12 months after initial surgery. Good luck.
