Hi, thanks for your question. A natural appearing breast has slightly more volume below the nipple than above it, and the opposite is true in the pictures that you have shared, and the nipple does not sit on the most prominent part of the implant. Fundamentally, the implant dimensions (height / width) are not in keeping with your frame. If you would like a more natural appearance I would recommend switching the implants to better suit you. Consult a plastic surgeon with an interest in aesthetic breast surgery.

Your implants are too large for your frame. You need a circumareola approach to reposition the nipple-areola complexes more centrally, plication of the pockets inferiorly and laterally and place smaller implants. The other option is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Are all of these photographs taken at the same time? The second photograph shows a distorted left breast. Is this during animation? Is animation deformity your main complaint? It is usually best to return to the operating surgeon for a discussion as you have. Does the surgeon have any ideas or recommendations how to improve things? I could give you more information knowing a little bit more, and seeing your preoperative photographs.

You probably had breast asymmetry before the surgery. After the surgery, when the implant was placed during the same size, this asymmetry became more apparent. My suggestion, especially if you do not have any complaints about size, is to change the implant on the left side, which is causing the problem, and support it with a little side injection in the upper role, so that the asymmetry can become even less visible. Our aim here is not to completely correct the asymmetry. This is probably something that is caused by your anatomical problem, to minimize it.

Hi, I’m Dr.Eskalen from Istanbul/Turkey. You have big implants with high projection implants.My sugestion is changing your implants with softer one and also making scar revision. At the same time fat injection for your upper pole and midline can make your breast more natural. I hope my message helps you.
