Butt revision - how much would it cost?

How much would a butt implant revision cost ? I want to place them under the muscle. 7 yrs ago I had butt implants with DR roxi A month went by and left butt implant fell high n painful dr roxi said to give it time it would drop it never did a month after I got pregnant so I couldn’t do anything about it. butt implants feel hard. I want to move them under my muscle so they don’t feel as hard. Left implant hurts a lot too financially not in a good place but I can’t take the pain anymore. Help

Allow me to answer your question as best i can without any photos. However, please keep in mind that an in-person, or at least a virtual, consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations can be made.

Surgical prices vary by region, surgeon reputation, surgical experience, and of course, the complexity of the planned surgery.  Keep in mind however that very few plastic surgeons truly specialize in intramuscular buttock implants and the first time around has the absolute best chance for aesthetic success. Revision  for botch-jobs are not only very expensive but extremely challenging to achieve, at minimum, a reasonable aesthetic final outcome.  Because of this, patients not infrequently have to fly long distances to have their surgery done by a board-certified plastic surgeon whom specializes in buttock implants/revisions. Glad to help.
