Is it possible to close a gap that has appeared on my two front teeth after having veneers a year ago? (photos)

I had porcelain veneers fitted in Turkey and after a year I now have a rather large gap between my front teeth. I am trying my best to not have to go abroad for a 3rd time for dental treatment so hoping something can be done. There is a 2 month waiting list to see an orthodontist in the UK but can they even help or am I just wasting my time?
