I've tried to consult with orthodontists and my dentist for advice on fixing the white discolouration on my two front teeth. I have some kind of dental fluorosis but it's limited to just these two. I was wondering if there is an alternative treatment to porcelain veneers, or if that is my best bet to getting a uniform colour?

The most conservative and aesthetic option for the white spots you have is to do resin bonding. Find a cosmetic dentist who can remove just the white spots, bevel the edges of the prep and place resin composite filling material that matches your teeth shade. If done correctly it should look perfectly blended and it will be very difficult to tell if anything was done. Doing just 2 porcelain veneers to match your surrounding teeth is not only challenging requiring a highly skilled lab technician but unnecessary in your case.
