Chin reduction? Jaw reduction?

I really dislike my side and 3/4 profile. It ruins my face! I feel pretty other than this and I’m desperately wanting advice on how to fix it. I have had braces. for my 21st birthday I am able to get surgery but my research has only confused me on what I can do to fix this
