Can this genioplasty be corrected? (Photo)

Question

These are my genioplasty results. The doctor reduced the length and height of my chin, long with projecting it. It's wider and boxy. My lower face looks very heavy and masculine. I know there are many nerves, can this genioplasty be revised creating a nice V-Line, or am I stuck with it? Honest answers appreciated

There are several options. The genioplasty can be reversed and the chin re-positioned to provide a slimmer and narrower appearance. Another option is to remove the plate and screws and re-contour the jawline to make it slimmer. The most difficult aspect of the chin is actually the soft tissue pad that covers the chin. Reducing the chin pad can be the key to helping femininize the chin. Photos would be helpful in your case to provide further advice.
