I want to improve my Jawline, yet I am aware of my bimaxillary protrusion of my front teeth. I have an overjet of 3mm. I have Class I occlusion and Class II malocclusion on my right side. I have never had any teeth extracted (including Wisdoms) and I do not want to extract any to pull my front teeth back. I have a deep labiomental fold and I am hoping Sliding Genioplasty could smoothen this out. I am also wondering If I could benefit from Double Jaw Surgery instead
