I was wondering whether genioplasty (chin reduction) could be done twice to achieve desired results? I have an excessive chin (and jaw) length compared to the rest of my face which make it look masculine at times. My lower third is 7cm, whereas my upper and middle third are 6cm both. Therefore, my overall face length measures at 19cm length, and 14cm width. Removing 2cm is excessive and risky, but my chin is also a bit overprojected and long. Could git be done twice to achieve this?
