I don't like the doughy/puffy look of filler and the cost of maintenance is concerning. However, I'm also very concerned about how cheek implants would look decades down the line as I experience bone loss and changes to my facial structure. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, hope you are well. The short answer is yes, you can use hyaluronidase for HA based dermal fillers to dissolve the product. It will not dissolve, displace, or otherwise harm your cheek implants.
