Several years ago I had a steroid injection in my jaw/cheek which resulted in fat atrophy. For the most part is has resolved, but there is a large area that is slightly shallower than the rest of my cheek and looks different to the other side of my face. I have read that saline injections can help reverse this type of atrophy but cant find any doctor to do this. Are fillers my only option?
