Are there cardiac risks during a hair transplant?

Hello, I had a hairline lowering surgery about eight years ago and am now considering a hair transplant to soften and round out my hairline, as well as fill in a few sparse areas. My main concern is the potential cardiovascular effects of the local anaesthetic and tumescent solution containing adrenaline that is used during the procedure. I occasionally experience palpitations and previously had episodes of nighttime tachycardia after drinking alcohol, although these have since resolved. My blood pressure has been on the low side for many years, but none of my doctors have been concerned. In 2024, I underwent a full cardiac evaluation, including an echocardiogram, a five-day Holter monitor, and an exercise stress test. The results showed occasional ectopic beats, sinus bradycardia, and sinus tachycardia, but I was told there was nothing clinically significant and was discharged without any treatment. At my hair transplant surgeon's recommendation, I contacted my cardiologist, who has confirmed that I am medically cleared to undergo hair transplant surgery. Despite this reassurance, I am still anxious about the possibility of an abnormal heart rhythm or significant tachycardia during the procedure. Based on my history, should I be concerned about the cardiovascular risk associated with hair transplantation? Are there any questions I should ask my surgeon, or particular precautions that should be taken, to ensure the procedure is as safe as possible? Thank you.
