The symptoms of capsular contracture tend to be discomfort or tenderness, a change in shape of the breast / implant over time, and the implant / breast feeling firm. What you describe is more likely to be related to implant malposition or pre-existing breast asymmetry. If you have new breast lumps then you should visit your GP or local NHS one-stop breast clinic to have these checked. At 9 months post-op, it is unlikely that things will improve significantly and you may need to address any ongoing concerns with further surgery.

It is very difficult to confirm the presence of absence of capsular contracture from your photographs alone. To accurately make the diagnosis would require a physical examination. Schedule a return visit to your surgeon for this examination and a discussion of treatment options if indicated.

The determination of whether or not you're developing contracture and initiating treatment should be addressed with your operating surgeon at a follow up office visit. Physical examination and knowledge of your medical history are important factors in this determination.

Though an exam is needed to properly answer your questions, from your photos and description it doesn't appear that you have capsular contracture. It does appear you have some malposition of your implants. I encourage you to return to your surgeon to discuss your concerns.

It doesn't look like capsular contracture from the photos. It looks to me as if the infra-mammary folds--the creases under your breast have been lost which allows the implant to go below the fold and raise your nipples. I would see your surgeon to get their opinion but I would think you would need a repair of both folds.
