Will 5.5cc of buccal fat removal give me dramatic effects?

Why such a specific amount? Are you saying you had this amount removed already? "5.5cc" is a pretty good amount. There is no way to know what excision of that amount will do because it depends on how much was there to start with and your anatomy otherwise. Need photos as well.

Photographs would be useful to answer your question. where did you come up with 5.5 cc? Being that I designed the original Buccal fat procedure, I have considerable experience in this area. 5.5 cc is not unreasonable and the thinner your face is, the more dramatic the results will be.
