Broken nose & cheek. Can this be fixed? (Photo)

I am female, 44 years old, 11 stone, 5‘4“ and my nose was broken by my ex in a domestic violent attack. I can’t breathe out of one nostril, one side of my nose is caved in and it feels like my cheek also I am hoping to see if this can be fixed as my face is very different and distorted and I Constantly remember why my face is like this. I also suffer with sinuses but mainly migraines. What could you do to help me please?
