Had reduction to fix asymmetry, but still a big difference in size and shape. I also seem to have a lot of side boob. Will a revision easily fix this? Any advice and honest opinions really appreciated. I will attach my before and after photos. Clearly big improvement but still very unhappy. Unfortunately I can’t afford implants as an option.

Answer: Difference in size and shape Dear Brave249959, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Residual asymmetry after breast reduction for Asymmetry Thank you for your query. There is some residual asymmetry and a little fat on the side, both of which can be improved with a minor revision/liposuction/ fat injections. You can discuss the insurance approval with your insurance, but your surgeon can certainly help you achieve better symmetry. All the best!
