Hi I had breast lift and implants done 6 months ago my recovery in the beginning was great but 3 month post opp I began to experience a tear under my left nipple build up of yellowish liquid I believe was seroma which I was given antibiotics for abut I’m now 6 months post and same thing is happening to my right breast in the same place as left breast my surgeon is no help and I just don’t know what to do as it comes and goes heals then gets worse
