6 months post-op & breast not healing/tear under nipple - recommendations? (Photos)

It is not uncommon for the vertical limb of a breast lift to separate. In most cases the wound will close on its own but can take several months and may require a scar revision later . I suggest you continue to see your original surgeon

If you are having fluid building up, you need to have a drain placed. If this is not from fluid, you may be reacting to sutures. A culture might be helpful. Get a second opinion if needed.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are having. This type of wound can take time to heal which can be frustrating. I encourage you to closely follow your surgeon's instructions and keep all follow up appointments so that adjustments can be made if necessary.
