I want a boob job and I have had multiple consultations and all of the surgeons have ‘suggested’ I get an uplift in addition. I have two issues with this, 1. I don’t like the vertical lollipop scar, and I also do not like doughnut scars as they stretch the nipple. 2. No matter how much more worth it it may be, I simply can’t afford how much higher a lift makes the price, it more than doubles it here in the U.K. If I don’t get a lift will it look awful? I really hate my boobs right now.
Answer: Breast lift You definitely need a lift. If you don’t get a lift then you’re better off with no implants at all. You’re not even a borderline case

Answer: Bellesoma Lift Your breasts are too low on the chest wall and the nipple are pointing downward. If you do not get a breast lift then the implants have to be centered underneath the nipple-areola complex which requires release of the inframammary fold and results in double bubble or bottoming out.
