Hi, sorry to tell you but the colleagues were right. Without a lift the nipples will hang under the breast resulting in an awful result when augmentation is performed. You have to decide between some scars or the form of your breasts now. In good techniques the nipple will not be stretched and scars will be difficult to find and not visible around the nipple, but maybe from the nipple to the inframammary fold. It‘s according to your preference but there is no alternative for a really good result.

I want a boob job and I have had multiple consultations and all of the surgeons have ‘suggested’ I get an uplift in addition. I have two issues with this, 1. I don’t like the vertical lollipop scar, and I also do not like doughnut scars as they stretch the nipple. 2. No matter how much more worth it it may be, I simply can’t afford how much higher a lift makes the price, it more than doubles it here in the U.K. If I don’t get a lift will it look awful? I really hate my boobs right now.

I’ve been advised to have a breast lift, but I don’t want one. If I don't get a lift what will my results be like?

Hi, this is a very good question. First, it is difficult to advice you without a direct examination. But you told here that you do not have any loose skin. It is possible to do a rectus repair laparoscopically without visible scars, but in your case with just a thin layer of subcutaneous fat this procedure will produce skin excess in the midline. By the way, a rectus diastasis cant be improved by exercises. In summary, there is one perfect option for you: a modified mini-tummy tuck with rectus diastasis repair (minimized scars and without new insertion of the belly button (unless you want a new one).

I'm in the process of meeting surgeons and figuring out my options. I have diastasis recti and that is my main reason for wanting a tummy tuck. I've worked hard to repair it on my own and have only been able to achieve so much. I'm so ready to get my core back. I don't have loose skin or stretch marks so at first glance, I don't look like a great case according to the drs I've seen so far. I have extra fluff so I'm told I'm a better lipo candidate :/. Would love advice if you're a similar case!

Hi, buccal fat removal is a procedure to narrow the middle and lower face. A perfect candidate is someone with a round and full face. A buccal fat removal won‘t improve the nasolabial fold. Without the right indication aging signs of the face will be worsened in the future after this treatment.

Hi, according to the pictures you provided there is less to do in the inner thighs. Your waist cant be judged on the fotos. For the outer upper thighs liposuction will have a great impact on saddle bags but the surgeon has to be experienced due to the risk of irregularities after treatment. CoolSculpting (freezing the fat) would be the best alternative if you are keen to avoid surgery but it is less effective and needs to be repeated for a couple of times for inferior results.

I'm not wanting traditional Lipo but wondering what minimally or non invasive lipo options there are for my outer thighs (saddle bags) area and possibly inner thigh and waist. Is there a certain type that would be best? I'm not sure what the latest, greatest and safest is.

Hi, thank you for your question. Liposuction alone will reduce the fat deposit but will increase the skin excess of the lower abdomen that is overlapping the pubic mount. Only a tummy tuck can address both, the fat and the skin excess.

Hi, thank you for your question. For this localized fat tissue you might be a perfect candidate for liposuction. Scars will be minimal, hidden in the belly button. Before liposuction a consultation with examination by a surgeon is necessary to rule out an abdominal wall weakness (diastasis recti) that needs to be treated differently. Surgery is appropriate then but sometimes special exercises can help (vacuum pose).

I am a 27 year old woman, I have never had kids and I have the infamous lower belly pooch. I am relatively active and healthy, but I have always had this sort of B shaped belly, even when I was in even better shape. At first I was considering doing coolsculpting or Sculpsure, but am now considering getting Liposuction to get a flatter lower belly and possibly achieve a more hourglass shape. Am I a good candidate for liposuction? Will liposuction leave any scars? can I be left with bumpy texture?
