I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation. It is likely something that will heal with time, but an assessment may reveal further details. Be sure to allow yourself time to heal from your injury.

You may have torn part of your capsule and this will heal. I would suggest letting your surgeon examine you to be sure.

Hi and welcome to our forum!You have sustained an injury to your right augmented breast which may or may not be significant. Following overexertion, there may be temporary swelling of the injured muscle which could be responsible for the discomfort. If this is swelling, the discomfort should subside within 4-6 weeks. If there is a visible change in the appearance / size of the breast or bruising, you should seek evaluation ASAP. Otherwise, I would recommend evaluation by your plastic surgeon electively over the next 2 weeks or so if the sensation does not abate.Best wishes....
