Hello, July 2023 I have received breast augmentation in Japan. Polytech Mesmo 360 CC over the muscle, inframammary incision. Healing went smooth, drop and fluff is perfect, etc. Fast forward now I have swelling, pain in both breasts. MRI showed fluid. One breast implant feels "out of pocket". I believe it was because my 145lb bf laid on top of me? Pain is every day. Getting worse. Doctors have been useless..

Hello and thank you for your question. I understand your situation is frustrating and scary. My best advice would be be seek in an-person consultation and exam with a board certified plastic surgeon. Pain and swelling 6+ months after surgery is not expected and may be indicative of a sign of a late seroma, capsular contracture or other implant-related issue that is best diagnosed after a careful review of history and physical.
