Hi, Ive recently seen a surgeon who advised I have capsular contracture on both of my implants which were put in 20 yrs ago, he advised I dont have much breast tissue, would this make it more likely my breadts would be wrinkly/saggy after removal? I was a 34A/B cup before surgery and 34D after, I have seen some picture of quite bad after results and I’m very scared as to what I would look like, they would be removed through the nhs. Thank you
