I have over the muscle smooth silicone breast implants that I want to get removed. There are no complications, just want them out. My surgeon says he can do it with local anesthesia but also with IV sedation. Which I guess is like twilight. Could the IV part of the anesthesia trigger telogen effluvium of my scalp hair?

Hi there, it is rather complex to remove the capsule , it takes much longer and you may need another procedure such as an uplift or fat transfer so generally it does cost more and the recovery is longer
