Hi. I am a 48 year old female. I have always had hooded eye lids which now seem to have more fat in them. I also have very pronounced sunken under eye circles. Over the past few years my face seems to have sagged and I also have weight in my lower cheeks and jowls. I don't know whether to have a upper and lower blepharoplasty done by an ophthalmologist, (as they are eye specialists), then a lower face lift with a facial plastic surgeon, or just get everything done by a facial plastic surgeon
