How would you address this crease loss? Inject filler pretarsal space?

Crease is supposed to be at the suture line, but instead it's collapsed? How would you address this - is it possible to inject filler into the tarsal plate...or do I need better anchoring to the levator aponeurosis? This photo is several weeks out.

If I had to guess, your surgery was less than 3 months ago. Many people have darkening of the upper eyelid scar, and this will eventually turn into a white line. Additionally, when your eyes are open, no one can see these incisions. I hope this is helpful! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
