I am an 18 year old female and weigh about 63kg. I am 5 ft 6. I would like a very large butt that jiggles a lot and moves when I walk so is it possible to achieve this with implants? I would like a large butt like Kim Kardashian. I would just really like a round, large and a jiggly butt but I would like to know how to achieve this. I will include a picture of how I want my behind to look and then the after photos will be of me.
Answer: Biggest buttock implant i can have? Typically a combination of sculpting the waistline with liposuction and augmenting the buttock with implants +/- the hips with implants provides the best chance for a long lasting and desirable "hour-glass" figure. Make no mistake, it is indisputable that the best position (aka “placement”) for buttock implants is in the total intramuscular tissue plane, not half and half within and on top of the muscle (aka “biplanar”), not completely on top of the muscle and not “sub-fascial" which is exactly the same as on top of the muscle - so please do not be fooled by this terminology. Also, supercharging with adding fat over the implant is also likely to not make any difference other that costing you more and setting you up for more potential complications. The implant life and longevity of good, tasteful, and realistic results are all best with the “intramuscular” technique, period. Other than placing buttock implants within the gluteus maximus and medius muscles (aka “intramuscular”) NOT on top of the muscle or “subfascial”, the most important factors in creating the perfect derriere and/or hourglass figure with implants is indeed selecting the right size AND shape. I have found the best way to assure this is to simply measure the actual dimensions of the patient’s gluteus muscles (not butt cheek fat pad, which may appear “round”) and quantity and quality/density of these muscles. With these anatomical measurements, I can select an implant that not only significantly augments the buttock but also supplies the correct 3-dimensional enhancement to look as real as possible...with positional changes (eg. bending over and squatting down) and even in the most petite patients that have small/lean muscles and minimal overlying fat. The fact is, over 95% of the human population has a more oval shaped gluteus muscles not round. Therefore an oval shaped implant such as the Stanton Anatomic™️ buttock implant conforms best and produces a more realistic contoured outcome better than round implants. Contrary to what many think, a round implant placed correctly within the muscle actually sits up at the top of the butt cheek, creating an unnatural pointy or “gum-drop effect”, not at the lower part of the butt cheek and thus does not contribute to filling or rounding out of any of the lower buttock pole. Height and weight are considered but not nearly as relevant as the above measurements. Final note, because an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants, you may have to travel away from your local area to seek consultation with this particular type of surgeon. Glad to help.

Answer: What's biggest buttock implant I can get? Will it jiggle a lot? (Photos) Buttock implants placed within the muscle should be measured to fit your anatomic constraints. I place both round and oval implants in an intramuscular position with a preference for round implants if possible to improve projection, improve roundness and fullness laterally, and prevent rotational deformities associated with oval implants. Oval implants may be more useful in some anatomic conformations. You would need to be examined in person to determine if round or oval would be best for your anatomy. Studies have demonstrated that sizes above 350 cc have a greater rate of complications, but most women choose an implant volume in the 350cc to 400cc range.

Answer: 18 year olds wanting gluteal implants At 18 your body is fully developed but your brain is not. This is why many countries have age restrictions above the age of 18 for certain activities like buying alcohol. Legally you’re old enough to make your own medical decisions but it would be in your favor to take some advice from those who have more life experience. You have been an adult for less than one year. Most plastic surgeons do not perform gluteal implants. This procedure is the exception since most plastic surgeons are willing to do almost every other plastic surgery procedure that generates income for them. Gluten plans as a long list of dreadful complications and undesirable side effects. The chance of having complications which can have seriously disfiguring consequences goes up with increased implant size. The best technique is placing gluteal implants inside the gluteus muscle in an order for this to work with the least number of complications the implant has to fit inside the gluteus muscle. This is the limiting factor for gluteal implant sizing if the procedure is done correctly. If the implant is placed above the muscle then this limitation is not as significant but the outcomes are severely compromised. Still, larger implants will always increase complications and undesirable side effects. Based on your pictures you don’t need gluteal implants and you really don’t need gluteal augmentation. What you really need is to lose some weight by improving your diet and increasing your exercise regimen. Looking at your post I also think you need to re-calibrate your scale. In regards to an assessment for cosmetic surgical procedures if you going to go that route than Liposuction alone is probably your best procedure but if you are dead set on gluteal augmentation in a BBL in conjunction would be the way to go. Your body is fairly ideal for both Liposuction and BBL for a variety of reasons. My suggestion for what to do is still to work on your weight through diet and exercise, stay in school as long as you can and avoid getting pregnant at a young age. To get an accurate assessment and a better understanding of cosmetic surgical procedures I suggest scheduling in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons. In your case waiting to do so it’s probably in your favor. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

Answer: Candidacy for buttock implants? Hi and welcome to our forum!Buttock augmentation can be accomplished with:1. filler (not recommended...expensive, short lasting...{silicone liquid injection is illegal due to risks})2. buttock implant... if there is otherwise insufficient fat to transfer...major procedure with major postoperative discomfort, complication risk3. fat transfer (BBL)... excellent result with minimal morbidity. You appear to have satisfactory donor sites at the abdomen, flanks, and hips. You may desire a later tummy tuck. Consider #3 as your best option and visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation, examination, and discussion.Best wishes...
