Lower eyelid retraction surgery and canthoplasty. If I have a little scleral show, can I get only canthoplasty?

I am a 30 italian guy that would change his eyeshape permanently. I have bit shallow orbits, my CT is neautral. I have a llittle scleral show, about 0,1-2mm, good cheeckbones and i would to rais up my CT and my lower eyelid. I know that only chantoplasty could be not enough to rais up all lower eyelid, so my question is: there are doctors in my countries that made lower eyelid retracion surgery with spacer and canthoplasty? If i have a little bit scleralshow, could i get only canthoplasty?

Canthoplasty is a kind of surgery which aims to pull the outer corner of the eye to a superolateral position while thightening the lower eyelid. Pulling of lower eyelid to that position results eyelid to snap on the eyeball and increased scleral show if the lower eyelid laxity is insufficient....

Your eyelids look completely normal. Make-up can give you the appearance you desire without surgery. There is a surgery to raise the outside corner of your eye. But the risks of postoperative problems do no justify the surgery.

Canthoplasty will be done at the corner of the eyes. lateral Canthoplasty has an incision length about 3 to 4 mm, which is virtually not visible with removeable sutures, in 90 percent of the cases it will heal by itself, but in rare cases you could use repair creams to get rid of the faded line...
