Why are my incisions on the outer edges of my breast so thick? I don’t have keloid skin and I’m not happy with it at all. What could cause this? Could it be the way I was sutured? Could it be the size of my implants? 550cc OTM. Can this be fixed?

Answer: Scar revision or steroids injection might help
The capsule around your textured implant has torn and allows the implant to move up when your muscle contracts. You might wear a band across the upper part of your chest for a while to see if it will reclose. Avoid tight clothing that pushes up your breast, or be prepared to shake it back into...
Your heavy implants have sagged some and are bottoming out some. This is why you don't have as much upper pole fullness. I would recommend tightening the lower pocket and going with smaller implants. The lift might need to be tightened as well.
Your implants are too large for your frame. I would suggest tightening your medical pocket and going with something smaller that fits your body better. Big is not always best.
