Do I have capsular contractor? (photos)

I had a breast augmentation 8 years ago with the Allergan Biocell textured breast implants. Within the last year, the right implant has started getting stuck in an ‘up’ position, either randomly or when I wear something tight on my chest (sports bra, tight shirt, etc). When it happens, oddly if I shake my breast for about a minute or sometimes hang upside down, it goes back into its original place. Any and all info appreciated!

Good evening, CC is unpredictable- if you have one, it could stay exactly like that for years or could get steadily worse- more hard and painful. It's really difficult to evaluate a CC based on photos- best to see your PS for an exam to discuss the options!
