I had my textured implants removed in September last year, they had been recalled so I wanted them replaced. I now have 400cc high profile moderate. Since my surgery I had seroma’s on both sides which had to be drained a few times a week for at least a month, causing me lots of pain. The left side is still very painful, My surgeon sent me to his friend for a second opinion, they said to wait another 6 months? Is this right?

If you do the math, you are going up much more than 80 and 100 cc's. Please do not choose an implant that is too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. Otherwise, you will have neck and shoulder pain and your breasts will sag with the extra weight. Also, you did not post photos, so I cannot...
Gummy implants typically do not sag and bottom out, but you did choose large implants for your frame. Right now, you are probably fine. If you have more sagging, you should go smaller.
